located in the heart of beautiful Ohio, we go the extra mile for
your auction. We will explain and answer all your questions about
the auction method of marketing. We will discuss with you the
various auction plans we have available, their individual merits,
and we will share with you our many auction successes and give you
an honest assessment of how the power of auction marketing benefits
you.

Auction marketing is unlike any other type of selling
method. At auction, the highest prices are realized, and the costs
are typically the least to find those buyers. The competitive nature
of an auction results in realizing your highest profit for your item
in an efficient and cost effective time-frame.
Whether or not you have only a few items, or an
entire household, we can be of assistance. We can hold your auction
on-site, or at our own auction facility. Often an auction cannot be
held on-site and in those cases, we can accommodate your sale in our
facility. We can host your auction on any day you wish, as we are
not subject to a rental hall’s schedule of other events like
weddings, parties or other auctions. Following our auctions, your
items can “stay the night” for pickup the following day.
We have over 40 years experience selling real estate,
antiques, collectibles, Longaberger Baskets, furniture, automobiles,
jewelry, pottery, glassware, coins, electronics, office equipment,
and nearly everything else.
Our modern facility is enclosed and totals 9000
square feet of display space. We have ample parking, as well as
handicapped parking, and can seat 250 people. Food and beverages
are available onsite.
